The RecruitMilitary Veterans Job Fair – Philadelphia 2026 connects transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses with top employers actively seeking military talent in the greater Philadelphia region. Held at the iconic Citizens Bank Park on May 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, this free career event is one of the premier veteran employment resources in the Northeast.
RecruitMilitary has been connecting veterans with civilian careers for over two decades, and their job fairs are consistently among the highest-rated veteran career events in the country. The Philadelphia event draws over 50 employers from industries including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, logistics, government contracting, law enforcement, and more — all with open positions and a genuine commitment to hiring veterans.
For veterans navigating the transition from military service to civilian careers, few moments are more powerful than standing face-to-face with an employer who values what your service represents. RecruitMilitary job fairs are built around that moment — creating an environment where military experience is celebrated, translated, and matched with opportunity.
Beyond employer tables, the event features career coaching resources, resume review stations, and networking with fellow veterans who understand the transition journey. Military spouses — who face their own unique employment challenges due to frequent moves and the demands of military family life — are explicitly welcomed and supported at this event.
Admission is free for all veterans, transitioning service members, active duty personnel, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses. Employers pay to participate — ensuring that every company in attendance has made a real commitment to veteran hiring. Bring multiple copies of your resume and come ready to connect.
