Hiring Our Heroes career summits are structured to deliver maximum value across two full days. Day one typically focuses on professional development: resume workshops led by certified career coaches, LinkedIn optimization sessions, mock interviews with real HR professionals, and industry-specific briefings from employers. Day two transitions into the full employer networking fair, where companies set up booths and engage directly with candidates ready to make their next move.
