The First Responders' Bridge Retreat is a confidential, fully expense-free three-day immersive wellness experience designed exclusively for active and retired first responders and their significant others. Hosted May 15–17, 2026 at the Marriott Hotel in Dublin, Ohio, this retreat provides a safe, compassionate space for healing, connection, and restoration.
First responders face daily trauma that often goes unaddressed. Whether you're battling PTSD, anxiety, burnout, depression, or simply feeling lost after years of intense service, this retreat meets you exactly where you are. The program has been carefully developed with licensed mental health professionals and experienced peer supporters who understand the unique culture of emergency response.
Over the three days, participants engage in guided therapy sessions, peer support circles, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed exercises — all designed to rebuild emotional resilience and foster meaningful connection. Couples programming is available to help significant others understand the invisible wounds of first responder life and rebuild communication and intimacy.
All accommodations, meals, and programming are provided at absolutely no cost to eligible participants. The First Responders' Bridge believes that no hero should have to pay to heal. Space is strictly limited to maintain an intimate, confidential environment, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
This retreat has transformed the lives of hundreds of first responders across the country. Past participants describe it as life-saving. If you or someone you love is struggling in silence, this may be the turning point. You served your community with everything you had — now let the community serve you back.
