Privacy Policy

What Frontline collects, why, and what we do with it. Last updated October 6, 2026.

What we collect

Event submissions. When you submit an event we store the event details plus the organizer name and email you give us. The email is used to tell you when the listing is approved and to link the event to your organization. It is never shown on the site.

Contact messages. When you use the contact form we store your name, email, optional phone and organization, and your message, so we can reply.

Visit counts. We count event page views, clicks on registration and calendar links, and views and clicks on sponsor placements. We do not use tracking cookies for this. To avoid counting the same visitor twice we keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of the connection for 30 minutes, then discard it. Only totals are kept, and they are shared with event organizers and sponsors as totals.

Server and security logs. Our host and our security software record IP addresses and requests to keep the site running and to block attacks.

Services we use

Our host stores the site and its data. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, photos by Unsplash, and map tiles by Esri, so your browser contacts those services when a page loads. Event registration links take you to the organizer’s own site, which has its own policy.

Cookies

Visitors get no tracking or advertising cookies from us. Site administrators get login cookies when they sign in.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the services above as needed to run the site, or if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email Rocci@StucciMedia.com or use the contact form, and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
