The 2026 Central Texas Wellness Retreat for Women Veterans is a transformative four-day healing experience set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Texas Hill Country. Running May 7–10 in Marble Falls, Texas, this retreat is exclusively designed for women who have bravely served in our nation's military and first responder forces. Surrounded by rolling hills, tranquil lakes, and wide open Texas skies, participants will engage in guided yoga and mindfulness sessions, equine-assisted therapy, trauma-informed workshops, outdoor adventure activities, and powerful peer connection circles. Women veterans face unique challenges that often go unaddressed — from military sexual trauma to the difficulties of reintegrating into civilian and family life after service. This retreat provides a judgment-free, sister-led environment where these warriors can lower their guard, speak their truth, and begin or continue their healing journey. Expert facilitators, trauma-informed therapists, and veteran peer support specialists lead each session with compassion and lived experience. The Hill Country setting is intentional — nature itself is a powerful healer, and the serene surroundings of Marble Falls offer the perfect sanctuary for reflection, restoration, and renewal. Lodging, meals, and all programming are provided at no cost to qualifying veteran participants, removing every barrier to access. Spouses, partners, and children are not included in this retreat, allowing each woman veteran full space and focus for her own healing. Whether you're a recently separated service member, a combat veteran, or a first responder who has served for decades, you belong here. Register early as space is extremely limited. Come home to yourself. You've earned this.
