The Camouflaged Sisters Getaway 2026 is an extraordinary week-long retreat exclusively for women veterans, running April 3–10, 2026, aboard a luxury Caribbean cruise ship visiting the Dominican Republic, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, and the Bahamas. Organized by EANGUS Women's Affairs, this transformative women veterans wellness retreat offers female service members and veterans a rare opportunity to heal, bond, and rediscover joy in one of the world's most beautiful settings.
The Camouflaged Sisters Getaway was created to address the unique wellness needs of women veterans who often face distinct challenges transitioning from military service to civilian life, including isolation, under-recognition of their service, and limited access to peer support networks. This Caribbean retreat breaks down those barriers by bringing women warriors together in a supportive, celebratory environment where every participant's service is honored and every voice is valued.
Throughout the seven-day voyage, participants will engage in structured wellness activities including peer support sessions, mindfulness workshops, leadership development seminars, and therapeutic group discussions facilitated by licensed mental health professionals with experience serving the women veteran community. The retreat curriculum is thoughtfully designed to balance structured programming with ample free time for relaxation, exploration, and organic connection.
Port excursions in each Caribbean destination offer participants opportunities to experience new cultures, engage in adventure activities, relax on pristine beaches, and create lasting memories with fellow women warriors. Whether snorkeling in crystal Caribbean waters, exploring historic island towns, or simply relaxing on deck watching the ocean horizon, every moment of the Camouflaged Sisters Getaway is designed to restore, renew, and empower.
The luxury cruise ship provides comfortable accommodations, gourmet dining, onboard entertainment, and spa facilities that allow participants to experience the rest and rejuvenation they have rightfully earned through their service. Many women veterans report that this type of immersive retreat experience provides healing and perspective unavailable through traditional support channels.
Space aboard the Camouflaged Sisters Getaway 2026 is strictly limited to maintain the intimate, meaningful atmosphere that makes this retreat so transformative. Women veterans of all branches of service, all eras, and all backgrounds are warmly encouraged to apply.
