The Veterans Resource & Benefits Fair – Dallas 2026 is a comprehensive one-stop resource event connecting Texas veterans and their families with the full spectrum of services, benefits, and support programs available to those who served. Held September 10, 2026 at the Dallas Convention Center, this free event is one of the largest veteran resource fairs in the Southwest.
Texas is home to one of the largest veteran populations in the United States, and Dallas County alone has hundreds of thousands of veterans from every era and branch of service. The Veterans Resource Fair was created to close the gap between veterans who need services and the organizations, agencies, and programs designed to serve them — many of which veterans don't know exist or don't know how to access.
The event brings together over 100 exhibitors including VA Medical Centers and benefits offices, Texas Veterans Commission counselors, mental health providers, housing assistance programs, legal aid organizations, employment services, education and training programs, financial assistance organizations, peer support networks, and veteran service organizations from across the region.
On-site services include VA benefits claims assistance, financial counseling appointments, mental health screenings and referrals, employment resume reviews, and direct enrollment in healthcare and benefits programs — veterans can walk in with questions and walk out with appointments, claims filed, and connections made.
Admission is completely free for all veterans, active military, Guard and Reserve members, and their family members. No appointment is necessary. This is the Dallas veteran community coming together to ensure that no veteran falls through the cracks — come and take advantage of every resource available to you.
