The Warrior-Scholar Project hosts its acclaimed Academic Boot Camp at Yale University, preparing post-9/11 veterans for the rigors of college-level academics. This intensive residential program helps veterans build the academic skills, confidence, and campus connections needed to thrive in higher education. Over the course of the program, participants work with Yale faculty and peer mentors on writing, critical reading, analytical thinking, and academic research. The program is completely free for accepted veterans, including housing and meals. Apply at warrior-scholar.org. This is one of the most impactful veteran education programs in the country and has helped hundreds of veterans successfully transition to top universities.
