The 2026 November Resiliency Conference, produced by First Responders Resiliency, Inc., is an immersive 3.5-day residential experience running November 2–5, 2026 on the West Coast, designed exclusively for first responders — law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, and corrections — who are committed to confronting, processing, and overcoming the psychological weight that comes with years of service in some of America's most demanding roles. Unlike a typical conference, the November Resiliency Conference is intentionally intensive and transformative. Participants don't just attend sessions — they engage in deep personal work using evidence-based therapeutic modalities including EMDR, somatic healing, group process therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and peer support circles led by licensed clinicians who are themselves first responder veterans. The curriculum addresses cumulative occupational trauma, moral injury, hypervigilance, relationship damage caused by the job, and the culture of silence that prevents so many first responders from seeking the help they deserve. By creating a brave, brotherhood-and-sisterhood atmosphere free of judgment or rank, this conference gives participants full permission to be human — to grieve, to heal, and to reconnect with their purpose. The West Coast setting offers natural beauty and tranquility that supports the deep work being done inside. Space is deliberately limited to ensure every participant receives individualized attention and support. If you or someone you know is struggling under the weight of the job, this conference may be the most important investment of your career — and your life. Scholarships are available. Register today.
