The Texas EMS Conference takes over the Fort Worth Convention Center November 22 through 25, 2026. It draws about 3,400 attendees on average, which makes it one of the biggest EMS gatherings in the country.
Attendees can earn up to 15 hours of continuing education across more than 100 education sessions, plus hands-on workshops and pre-conference classes.
The exhibit hall covers 134,000 square feet. It’s open Sunday, November 22 from noon to 6:00 PM and Monday, November 23 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The 10th annual Texas EMS SIM Games put crews head to head in simulation scenarios.
Registration options include full conference, one-day and pre-conference classes, and discounted rates are available at nearby hotels.
